Labour Hire Licence

To all of our clients and candidates, we are pleased to announce that we have been granted our Labour Hire Licence.

Labour Hire Authority member Licence No - VICLHL02057.

This officially means that we have been authorised to operate legally in Victoria under the Labour Hire Licence Regulations 2018 (VIC).

What does this mean for our candidates?

The labour hire licencing act was passed to ensure that workers are not being exploited by rogue operators and overall improve the integrity and transparency of all labour hire operators.

What does this mean for our clients?

It is important for all clients to understand that if they enter an arrangement with an labour hire provider who are unlicenced or have not made an application with the Labour Hire Authority after the 30th June 2020, then you are at risk of being fined. The fines can vary from $120,000 to $500,000 for both the client and host (labour hire provider).

As such, it is extremely important to ensure that you are dealing with a licenced operator
